1Information We Collect
When you interact with WPFixHub, submit a project quote, create an account via Google OAuth, or contract our development services, we may collect:
- Identity & Contact: Full name, corporate email address, WhatsApp/phone number, business name, and GSTIN.
- Technical Specifications: Project briefs, domain details, hosting credentials, Figma files, and API endpoints.
- Billing Information: Transaction identifiers, invoice addresses, and payment references (processed securely via Razorpay/Stripe; we never store raw credit card numbers).
2Purpose of Data Processing
We use collected information solely for:
- Architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining your custom digital systems.
- Processing milestone billing and generating legal 18% GST tax invoices.
- Transmitting critical project sprint updates, security notifications, and SLA alerts.
- Complying with statutory corporate accounting regulations under Indian law.
3Credential Encryption & Row Level Security (RLS)
Any server passwords, database credentials, or secret API keys shared for project deployment are stored in encrypted private database records protected by PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS). Access is restricted strictly to assigned senior engineers executing your sprint.
4Third-Party Service Providers
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We collaborate with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers strictly for operational fulfillment:
- Authentication: Google OAuth 2.0.
- Payment Processing: Razorpay & Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant).
- Database Infrastructure: Supabase / PostgreSQL cloud servers.
- Transactional Email: Hostinger secure SMTP with TLS encryption.
5Data Retention & Right to Erasure
You retain the right to request a complete copy of your client profile data or demand the permanent deletion of your stored staging environments and credentials once project handover is finalized. To exercise this right, email our data officer at support@wp-fixhub.com.
