2Project Contracts & Milestone Schedules

All custom web development, software engineering, Android mobile apps, and WordPress performance optimizations are governed by a digitally executed project agreement. Each contract outlines technical specifications, milestone deliverables, delivery timelines, and payment stages. In any conflict between these general terms and a signed project contract, the terms of the signed project contract shall supersede.

3Milestone Billing & 18% GST Invoicing

Unless explicitly customized in writing, projects adhere to our verified milestone framework:

• 20% Advance: Project kickoff, architecture blueprint, and sprint scheduling.
• 50% Intermediate Milestone: Functional demo, staging server link preview, and feature validation.
• 30% Final Handover: Production deployment, security audit verification, source code handover, and admin credentials release.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or international currency equivalents via Razorpay/Stripe with formal 18% GST tax invoices automatically generated upon receipt.

4Intellectual Property & 100% Code Ownership

Upon complete receipt of 100% project fees, all intellectual property rights, custom source code, database architectures, graphics, and server configurations created specifically for your project are 100% transferred to the client with zero vendor lock-in. WPFixHub retains only the right to display non-confidential screenshots and case study results in its professional agency portfolio.

530-Day Complimentary Bug Warranty

Every completed project delivered by WPFixHub includes thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of complimentary technical bug-fix warranty commencing from the date of final deployment. Any defects, styling bugs, or broken functionalities identified within the agreed project scope will be remedied promptly at zero additional charge.

6Client Responsibilities & Revisions

Timely sprint completion depends on prompt client feedback and delivery of necessary domain, hosting, or API access credentials. Each milestone includes the agreed revision rounds as stipulated in your contract. Scope modifications outside the initial brief will be quoted separately as supplementary feature add-ons.

7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bihar, India.
