Refund & Cancellation Policy

2Milestone-Based Refund Structure

Because custom software development is an iterative milestone process, payments are partitioned into distinct stages:

• In-Progress Sprints: If work has commenced on a milestone and the client requests revisions, WPFixHub will execute the agreed revision rounds to meet the technical brief.
• Unstarted Future Milestones: If a project is discontinued by mutual agreement, 100% of any pre-paid amounts allocated to unstarted future milestones will be refunded in full.
• Completed & Approved Milestones: Once a sprint milestone has been reviewed, approved on staging, and deployed, payments corresponding to that milestone are non-refundable.

3Non-Refundable Third-Party Disbursements

Third-party disbursements purchased directly on behalf of the client (such as domain registrations, cloud server hosting provisions, commercial theme/plugin licenses, and Google Play Console developer account fees) are non-refundable once registered with the respective vendor.

4Processing Timelines & Gateway Reversals

Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours of formal written agreement. The reversed funds typically reflect in the client's original bank account, UPI ID, or credit card within 5 to 7 business days depending on banking network cycles.

5How to Request a Refund Review

To request a project cancellation or refund calculation, submit an official support ticket via your Client Dashboard or send an email to support@wp-fixhub.com with your Project ID and signed contract reference.
